My brake pedal hisses

I have a 1979 300D, runs great, but my brake pedal hisses and stops hissing when I put it all the way down. My guess is it is a vacuum leak in my brake booster assembly. My question is what part of the booster could be doing this? Is it a seal I can replace without replacing the whole booster?

There are several seals, including the hose connection..
Check the hose first..
Then there's an O-ring between the master-cylinder and the booster-housing.
And there's a gasket between the booster and the firewall...

Yeah, I suspect just between the brake master and the HVAC.

Can you tell me a part number for the seals, or direct me to a place to get them. I have decided that if I can't fix it with the seals I will replace the booster with he one from my totaled 1980 300D. Even if I do that, I want to do it with new seals and gaskets. I appreciate the advice.

I had a buddy who had the same problem 2 years ago in Arizona when he started driving away in his car. He realized shortly - the hissing came from a snake under his seat.
