72 280SE Wheels?

Did Bunts come on the 72 280SE as stock wheels?

Most every W108 picture I ever saw was steel with color matched hubbies...

I know that the 72 107's and late 69 113's could be ordered with bundts.

Ok... the owner has told me now that the Bunts on this one are not original. He found two hubbies in the boot when he bought it. So he obtained two more but never got the wheels for them. So someone likely changed it out for some reason we surmize. At least we think that is so.

Shame. This is one that looks nicer with Hubbies. Easy enough to fix I suppose.

Hub Caps matching paint with whitewalls

OR

Bundts polished with blackwalls

just do both sets.

There is a ride and handling difference.
