Oil discoloration/Acceleration hesitation
Mo' money, mo' problems.
I have a MB 1972 250. It's like a little kid, I like them if they're not mine.
The oil color is a murky ugly brown color. It's had 1 oil change about 4 months ago. Could this be from water getting in or the oil is just cleaning up the gunk inside the engine, or what?
And when I step on the gas it runs good up to about 20 mph but will have a hard time going above that. It's a little hesitant to go any faster, and when i bring it back from a stroll around the block it smells a little of anti-freeze. I'm guessing I need to replace the fuel filter, and the fuel lines are clogged. Expert opinion anyone?
Is anyone interested in buying this? I've put about a grand into getting it up to running condition, it has a nice body and is a good car overall.
Thanks for all your help in the past, you guys are supercool.
