1976 300D W123 Help!

Can anyone tell me what the button under the sunroof button is?It lights in the center when pulled out but I have no idea what it is. Also my dash lights don't work and the cruise doesn't. No manual. What is the little switch on the left upper dash with the little light symbol on it? And I need to know how to turn on the heater for the floor. I ove this car but I just got it today and the guy I bought it from didn't know much.
Thank you in advance!

I think that is supposed to be a heater for the rear window. If you can find a manual for the car, I know it is in there. I found a copy online somewhere, you should be able to find it with some googleing.

Dash lights are on by turning the main headlight control 1 or 2 clicks clockwise. The dash light brightness is controlled by a little turn thing, near where the trip odometer reset is. If it still does not work, could be a fuse or might need to pull out the dash thing and clean contacts or replace the bulbs.

Fuses are in the engine compartments near the driver side. Small black rectangular box with screw knobs on ends.
