the green knob and rear foglight (option 462) you will find only on euro version cars. like european halogen headlights (opt. 541), which look like US version, but are not sealed beam. they also have orange "triangle" turn signal on the outside and "triangle" clear (not a dummy) parking light on the inside. you can turn those on, either left or rigt side, with the main headlight swich on the dashboard by turning it once or twice counter-clockwise. as an option for euro cars, there was halogen driving (fog) lamps (opt. 345) (OEM Bosch, not Hellas), that you turn on by pulling the main headlight switch. the rear foglight will work only when the front foglights are on. euro cars never had orange "fog" lights (turn signal and parking?) in the middle, like US cars does. only for french market they were equiped with real yellow (not orange) halogen foglights.
the white pull knob is for rear defroster.
