Just in case ya'll have some floating around.

I'm looking for early M117 4.5, M116 3.5 mechanical lifters (116 050 1120)..new or good used.

Thanks Ron, I can get them via my WP account for rather inexpensive...thought there might be an engine/set or two sitting around collecting dust on someones shelf;-)

That took me a minute, then I remembered 'WorldPac'. Never dealt with them or given them a dime of my money -- not ever.

I have those rockers, for the "just in case-r's". (myself too)
They should stay with the heads, ball adjusters, cams. etc.

I have three extra 4.5 motors complete and at $39 / rocker?

I am currently rebuilding a 4.5 motor and am stunned at the parts prices.
For instance, rod bolts / nuts,

Yes, the pricing is insane these days...MB has lost it's mind IMHO.

I can get new aftermarket for 16 right now, which is looking like it may be my best bet (thought it might be..) but I always want to check and make sure before hand!

I was lucky...my first set I pulled out of a bone yard...cost me 5$ for an engines' worth :-P
