Vintage MB's of the Future?

For Discussion: In the next 25 years what current non-vintage MB models will be the most collectible future vintage models?

I would say the 86-91 560SEC, 94-95 W124 E320 Cabriolet and 92-94 W124 500E/E500.

While my bias lies toward the wagon (of course!), I think the E320 cabs and E300Ds will be.

Agree on the 123s. Recently sold my 1985 coupe for 2.3 times what I paid for her.

In april Automobile in UPSHIFT AUCTIONS pg 124 "The best buy" was a 1986 560SL SN WDBBA48B9GA039743 with less than 50,000 miles went for $11,610.

They say someday this body will be considered ICONIC, They mention it's expensive to keep on the road but in 10 years even your brother in law will refer to it as classic.

I also think the W126 SECs will be classics. And all AMGs of course.

Also any MB still having the "80s" styling with aero kits and BBS tires will be considered classic.

And of course the 280CEs and 300CDs
