1970 280S - 1 owner - What is it worth?

I have the opportunity to buy a 1970 280S that is still with the original owner. Well maintained, but needs a paint job (no rust) and a little TLC on the interior. Has 98K miles on all original equipment. Any opinion on what I should offer for this car?

I guess that would be a w108 with the m130. Fairly rare car. You could probably expect 3-5k, depending on your area and condition of the car.
