washer reservoir tubes

Recently purchased a 1970 Mercedes-Benz 250. One of the tubes on the Reservoir Pick Up Tube is disconnected. Does anyone know where it reconnects and have a schematic that shows how? The tube from the tank to the nozzles is already connected, but this is the other tube on the tank.

First, it would help to know what kind of car it is (no such thing as a "1970 w114 S class"). You can either read the tag at the rear of the car or provide the VIN.
