Does anyone know where I could locate a replacement engine for a 240D. All I have found is a place that sells them rebuilt for $3500 plus a $600 core charge and I've been quoted $1500 to install it. Obviously, that is too much money for me. I am in Arizona.
I know of an engine that has been rebuilt 60k ago, Im in oregon, Its a 1978 that had modifacations to the oil filter to install into a 1975 car I think he wants $1250.00 plus shipping let me know
hey there i just bought two 240d with manual transmissions one is a fixer upper and the other a parts car. i went and looked at them the other day and the parts car runs and drives. so it may be an engine for you!!
