Steering Wheel W113

1965 230sl specifically, I have been wondering what colors the steering wheels came in originally. I thought just ivory and black, but I saw an ivory with a red pad once, was wondering if that could have been original?

In the photograph I saw, I could not see the upholstery also. I think it would look alright with any upholstery if the dash facia was red or black painted.

Steering wheels are only listed in two colours,Ivory with Ivory pad and black with black pad. ...or black with ivory pad or vice versa...Nothing to stop you changing the color to match your seats except maybe good taste. :-)
