It's not hard but very time consuming.PLAN ON A FULL DAYS WORK.
start by removing the front seats.
the center console is next. be careful because the heater controls, shifter panel are all secured by hidden fastenings.
Remove the instrument cluster.
remove the glove box and it's lid.
remove the under dash panels on both sides.sometimes you need to take the kick panels out too, theres plastic trim in the way so be careful getting that off because it is all hard to find now.
Theres a 10mm nut each side ,4 in the front of the dash lower section ,sometimes behind the veneer trim ,depends on how old the car is.
Undo the steering column so it can be dropped slightly.
you can pull the wheel but I never bother.
You should now bew able to pull the dash towards you in an upwards movement.
Be careful as some cars have extra dash material under the windscreen rubber.
