They are just added on parts,AMG in the USA stuck those bits on dozens of cars. AMG DE . cars really look the part, and if they were modified ,as opposed to just dressed up with spoilers and wheels ,then they got the AMG badge on the back.As the 5.0 car was USA only item,it's therefore unlikely to have ever been a AMG souped up car.

Heres another,a Germnan only 5.0 liter car ( it's different engine to the USA 5.0 liter and very rare) .You'll note the trademark blacked out trim.
