Dollar for Dollar it's what i would expect to 'start' paying for a good coupe here.Crappy ones actually sell for $20,000 + in OZ.
i doubt the veracity of the mileage claim though.
At 47,000 miles it shouldn't need a steering coupler,and there seems to have been a lot of things done to clean it up.I would say it's done 147,000.
