78 240D Shift Problem

I had a problem with the engine shutting off and after much research (with help from this forum) fixed the vacuum so it turns off promptly.

It appears I have created another problem with the kick-down on the automatic. It wants to slip if I force a kick-down. If I simple manually down shift no slippage. Further research pointed to a common vacuum modulator problem with leaks or adjustments needed... One problem I can not find a vacuum modulator on this transmission. I also can not find the location of any other components controlling this problem.

Any suggestions on resources? Thanks
