Can anyone 'date' this Mercedes bus? We have hundreds and hundreds of these green busses in Thailand. I can't remember when they were not here. I am sure that they are quite old because the have no A/C and they are well dented.
And, isn't anyone going to ask me what is the purpose of the little red bag attached to the left rear of the bus?
If a motor vehicle driver kills someone on the road it is deemed wise to put a doll in a small bag and attach it to the vehicle to keep evil ghosts of the deceased from invading the vehicle.
Location: Serbia, South Africa, Australia, Jamaica... actualy ROTW!

Very unlikely this bus is a Merc streamline model.
Closest it can be to a Merc is if it came from former Indian licenced ffactory in a form of Mercedesised local contraption development OR a Merc chassis and local cabin.
Long shot buy I suspect these buses are like our local PUJs (Public Utility Jeepney) here in the Philippines.... Original Japanese truck heads fitted with a custoimized bus body then installed with the *MB* logo. =)
A full frontal would have been helpful. Of course, this is assuming these aren't real MB-produced trucks.
