Found a 250, W114

Sorry if this post does not belong here. Think I got close, though.

Had some questions about a car I saw while out for a drive today.

W114 250 sedan with manual windows. Pretty sure it's pre-1973 because of the quarter windows front.
Car is not what I would consider a restoration project due to the rust at the rocker panels and general condition (light rusting of hood, upper door panels, trunk and roof).

Car is, however, complete with good glass and all chrome bits. Has a great looking grill and even the wheel covers are all there. Bumpers are intact, car is straight and shows no crash damage. Bumpers are minimal and light, like a later euro car.

I'm maybe interested in buying and parting the car, but don't know what if any demand for these parts exists.

Any insights?

Chrome has some value -- bumpers in particular, and there is always some demand for good interior pieces.
