Help! 1973 280c

This is my first time on this site as a member, so hello to all! I have a customer who has called me looking for a fuel Pressure Regulator. Unfortunatly I can not find the part he is looking for in my system. If anyone can help me out in anyway it would be greatly appreciated. Pictures would be great, or even a product number. I may have the wrong name for the part. Let me know anything you can. The car is carb'd if that helps at all and the part is located just in front of the firewall. The reason it makes it more difficult for me is that the car is not here it is 5 hours away.

Thanks so much,
Ben Chambers

It's either the wrong part or the wrong car. Fuel pressure regulator is an injection thing.

Maybe someone put in an aftermarket regulator. There are some on the market designed for low fuel pressure carburetor systems. Holley sells them, Carter probably too. Any speed shop will have them. Adjustable, usually, 0 - 10 psi or so.
