I picked up this 67 250s, has issues although seems to run well enough to be a daily driver. except for the fact that it will not shift into 4th gear, the other three shift smooth and without fail.
I have already replaced the diaphragm in the modulator, even went back into it to make sure I had the spring centered.
you might already be in 4th gear. These cars have a 2nd gear start.
