I remember the first time I felt the cluch slip on my 64 190, my heart dropped though my seat. I dont souppose anyone can find one after I have been searching for months. Any help or clues would be nice. A bid on my ride would be even nicer!!!! Check it out here, my dad wants it out f the drive way but I want it back on the road

I'm surprised you have not been able to find a clutch disc or pressure plate. I'm sure they are still available from the Mercedes dealer. Have you tried NAPA or checked out parts sources in Hemmings Motor News? Any place that sells vintage Mercedes parts should be able to order one (again check Hemmings). I know of a couple places that could most likely get the parts if your interested in fixing it up rather than selling. I'm fairly certain the clutch is the same for all W110 4-cylinders from 1961 to 1968 which includes the 190c, 190Dc, 200, and 200D. Email me if you need the info.

Hey, Dman.

If you can't find one, then so long as you haven't worn your clutch plate to metal, any good clutch/brake shop can always reline it (or send it out to be relined). Of course you have to pull yours and take it in, too. If needed your pressure plate can be re-machined as well.

Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg
