Talking I just bought my first vintage Benz. ('68 220)

Hey, folks:

I just bought a 1968 Mercedes-Benz 220 in reasonable shape, but with its share of bugs. I'll be doing most of the wrenching myself, so I'd appreciate any gentle guidance you more experienced MB owners can give.

I need a new turn signal relay (which I see can be pricey...any ideas where to score one at a reasonable cost?), some clutch work, a couple other little things. The brake lights don't work, but the fuse looks OK...where's the brake light switch? Is it under the dash (actuated by the pedal) or under the hood (pressure-activated from the master cylinder)?

Anyway, I look forward to hearing from some of you.

Happy New Year!

PS: Oh, yeah...here are photos of the car:

If the photos don't lie, your car is in great shape. The switch is underneath the dash; above the brake pedal.
