Odometer broken is a major variable. I always pass on cars with the broken odometer because it now makes the Buyer rely solely on the Seller's honesty, and I think a Buyer would be insane to do that. I have to find a Seller who can verify miles on a broken odometer - it just can't be done.
AC broken. Not a minor issue. A smart buyer will assume it'll cost the whole enchilada to get it working again - as a Buyer, I can't tell you how many times a Seller said "it works, it just doesn't blow cold - probably a cheap switch or something." Yeah, right.
Lastly, you have the I6. The 3.5 and the 4.5 can get $3500, but not an I6 with a broken odometer and non-working AC. Three major strikes against it. That's why I suggested you pop a battery in it - you don't need a fourth strike.
