The reason W126 cars went to 15" rims was because the Discs were bigger diameter.I have a friend who has fitted W126 discs to W108 hubs but it involved a small amount of machining, then the calipers needed a special bracket to adapt the twin piston 500SEc parts. The rims are now 17" AMG rims .
You will want to go to 15" or larger Merceds rims is because 14" high performance tires are no longer made.
Ferodo pads will NOT give the same braking power the green stuff pads do. you are far better off completely rebuilding your front end and brakes to stock.I challenge you to find fualt in a stock set up.
Another point is,AMG won the SPA 24 hour in a 6.3 with STOCK brakes.Same parts as yours.thats why mercedes are( were) the best engineered cars in the world.
Eibach list springs for a W108 , but what is wrong with the stock suspension,it is air springs still?.John Olsens springs are for SL's aren't they?
