He is not selling complete cars. A couple of reasons for that. First, the yard is way up on a private farm [not accessable to public] and moving a number of cars out quickly would be a logistical nightmare. I still don't see how he got that many up there in the first place. I do know he buys salvage cars from auctions all over the Midwest [including some Canadian Armored Utility Vehicles [MB Sprinters] from Bosnia that had met land mines.
Further, many of the cars have maybe 50 good parts left on them - bumpers, glass, grills, lights, etc. Many of the cars have actually been picked pretty clean. Some were down to shells, no doors, glass, motors, brakes, etc.
Back in the 1997 his business had a major flood - the entire basement and and main floor of his business full of water. It ruined most of the pulled parts, many engines, new parts, most of his titles and paperwork, 40 collector cars stored in the basement of the dealership and, I believe, his spirit.
The Falmouth Flood is reviewed here. http://www.enquirer.com/flood_of_97/
The European Connection Building is the large black roofed building [with the curved roof] on the far left of the photo about 40-45% up from the bottom left.
