engine problems 220 or 250

hello. i have a 1966 unimog fitted with the 2.2 ltr straight 6 motor low compresion. i am about to change the engine for a different one, i have found 2 possabilities, the first is a 1963 220 type car staight 6 twin carb, i was wandering what would be the power output of the engine and similarities to the unimog engine, they are both the m180 .
secondly the 1970 250 is the 2500 engine same again staight six twin carb, what is the power output and similarities to my own ?, i am led to believe its a m130 type ?. is this true ?.
can any one help me please.
both the cars are rot boxes about to be crushed in my local scrapyard, i can save them both for parts if they are worth breaking and exporting bits.

Dave ,if you are going to repower your unimog,why not use a 5 cylinder Diesel?
Did you know that M180 engines are availble new in the UK?.
I would imagine it would be far cheaper to buy a new engine and fit it rather than reco a worn out engine of unknown quality from a wreck.The later m130 is a m180 bored out.the 250 has rep for crank failures in severe use ,such as in a Unimog ,and the 280 blows headgaskets in the same circumstances.
I have a mate who publishes "practical performance car magazine" and he has a 280 engine running on LG gas that may be for sale.
