30 years, wow, and lost title. That will require major negotiations with the DMV to get it road legal, and forgiveness of a LOT of DMV late fees, if there is no verified non-op status on it, not to mention some kind of "quiet title" process to get a new title for it.
EVERY rubber bit might have to be replaced, and likely the engine might never turn over, or be full of rust in the cylinders, and the brakes seized, who knows what else.
Even if it's been in a garage over 30 years, there are some real issues. Unfortunately, it's not an ultra rare model, and so it might be economically worth acquiring only as a parts car.
And in any case, it'd have to be REAL REAL cheap.
