A Little Off Topic - 600 Pullman Landaulet Question

After watching about a hundred newsreels about Kim Jong Il's nuclear ambitions in the past day, I couldn't help but notice how many clips contained shots of a pristine 600 Pullman Landaulet. That car might just be the most fashionable and attractive conveyance of royalty and holders of high office ever made, in my opinion - figures that Mr. Big Shades would want one! It got me wondering how many of these exquisite cars have been lost due to political conflict... does anyone have any statistics to that effect? One can imagine that some less than desirable leaders have kept one or two of these in a state garage which did not survive a "governmental restructuring." I hope Kim has the good sense to park his example far away from any potential targets for aggressive diplomacy.

That's funny I noticed that one in a split second parade view yesterday too! I am sure the cars are always taken care of. I think some were left in Vietnam when the North took over. I am quite sure even they knew it was something special and not to be messed with. It's like art, it's no good if its damaged or in any other condition other than intact.

I read somewhere that the 6.9/6.3's were for CEO's and the 600's were for heads of state....which really is true.
