I need to know which wires from ignition control unit go where?
and what color wires attach to the resistor blocks, and the two pole connector next to the coil.......i'm soooo lost. I do know if i hook them wrong it could damage the ignition control unit. any help/thx Dave
Hiya Big...Hopefully, someone with a wiring diagram will show up and save your bacon. In the meantime, those of us with newer cars might be able to help if you gave us more info to go on. For example...how many loose connections do you have?
For each one, it would be helpful to id the wire color, its size (like .75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, or 2 mm), and where the other end goes (like into the harness leading to the ignition control unit).. If you can't really trace the wires easily, at least a direction can sometimes be helpful. In the end though, you may have to trace all the wires to validate which wire is which...before you "light them up." (Yuck...yuck)
Sorry, I meant to say, before you apply power to the circuits.
