For this age, I will be replacing my brake and clutch lines and recomend to any restorer. There is no short cut (and cheap route) to play with drivability and brakes.

There ought to be two hoses into master cylinder (high and low) and one going into clutch cylinder. There maybe kits for theses (e.g. "O" rings, diaphram) but like I said before, don't play with safety.

Replacements are your basic academic (straight forward).

Why do you wonder what the Compression is?
I jumped subjects, I wanted to know what the ENGINE compression was.

1977 - W116 - 6.9

Has anybody on the forum replaced a Clutch Master and Slave Cylinder?
Is it hard?
Also Is Installing a Master cylinder for the Brakes hard?

Ive done to plenty times with Volkswagen Squarebacks and Bugs... Im shure the Benz should be easeyer!

No, but we've sold plenty of them to car owners like yourself. Swap the clyinders out, bleed the lines there couldn't be much more to it.

Would the Power steering be ok? It uses Hydraulic Fluid? Also
Would the Brake servo? It should be ok right?
