Where is trim code on 1973 280 W114

Does anyone know where the trim code is on a 1973 280? Is it somewhere on the plate where the paint code is? My interior I believe is parchmant but I'd like to confirm it. Also, how do I find out what colour carpet and headliner it should have?

I've seen some cars with door panels where the top piece and the door pull were a contrasting color to the rest of the panel. Was this a factory option? One really neat combination I saw was a red door panel with the top piece and the door pull in black. It looked really sharp.
