How should I replace a trunk' hinge on a w111?

My 220 SEb coupe has one of the hinge of the trunk broken.
So far, I've only been able to try to remove the broken bolt/screw/bit, but no luck, it won't come off [I'm trying to add some pretty pictures to my post to show what I'm talking about].

Given where this thing is located, I can't really see much of what I'm dealing with; and the whole assembly seems to be welded to the trunk, so working on it without being folded in three doesn't seem like an option either.
When something is too hard, it typically means that there is an easier way.
Anyone know of one?
Thanks in advance.
