76' 300D w/70k - What's it worth?

Hello Benz boys & girls (got to be some.) I bought the following (pics load?) 76' 300D about 20 days ago (my first MB - I had a Volk D), and now realize I would love to iron the vacuum leak kinks out of her, but cannot afford the time @ at this particular point in life..
It has a provable 70k', and was owned by "one family" in Houston. She was sold new here and has been a Houston' Girl all this time - sold to me by her slightly eccentric Houston author & poet owner (really - a signed book will go with it).
She has pretty good tires & brakes (b. light is on but brakes very well), a new compressor last year (air works well and does come out center vent - but usually shuts off @ freeway speed - then "comes on" again when slowing or stopping). Fresh battery and radiator. All PWs, locks & moon roof work (trunk vac disabled). Re-starts immediately if I pump brakes once - otherwise needs about 15 minutes "rest"?
Some little rust on L rear wheel housing. Does not seem to have been in a wreck but, some "owner" re-touching is evident of the paint. Interior was well re-done about a year ago, and the horsehair padding is now kerplunt. I've changed the oil and put a few hundred on her around Houston - she does well with the heat so far. Seemingly no water leaks anyplace.
Here's her pics... P'3' Opps - files too big & won't load. I've seen seemingly larger pics and more of them on other posts. Don't quite get it - P'3'

I already have one of these in my stable but I would post pictures of the jack points and the rear floor pans to show rust since that is a trouble spot for the W115's and that would definitely help sell the car since it's a low mile car if it hasn't stopped or rolled once over.

Info

Thanks for the info and the post. Rust in those places is non-existant. I'll have to shoot some new pics @ a lower resolution to get them to upload... P'3'
