Specification MFI sensor and relays W111 1963 220SE

I'm looking for the sensor specifications of my 1963 W111 MFI

Even in the Haynes Manual for this car I cannot find the excat specifiactions and test procedures for the following:

1. single thermal switch
1.1 Is 45ºC the right cut of temperature for this car?
1.2 Conductive when cold or hot?

2. dual thermal delay switch
2.1 is 12sec at -20ºC the right sensor for this car
2.2 looking for a curve that sows delay at more elevated temperatures

3. Delay relay
3.1. My car has a round delay relays how should this be tested
3.2 Wiring diagram that shows how it is properly connected
