I think it's not so easy to swap the 0M603 into the w123 body.
You'll have to swap the wiring harness, transmission, differential, etc. Plus it'll probably be very hard to get everything fitted correctly.
What's easier to do is swap an 300D Turbo engine in it from the W123 series. It's got 125hp and 250nm torque. It was only sold together with the auto transmission. If you can find one (mercedes germany probably has a few in stock, these are brand new engines and not very cheap though), I'd say go for this option...
