Your car has gone in the usual places, but the first thing I would do in your shoes is check out any "community education classes".Where you can go and learn to weld sheet metal. Then see if you can hire a Mig or Oxy/acetelene setup.
Next, start stripping all that PVC underbody sealer off,I use a M.A.P gun. It's one of those Propane gas torch things,i just use it to heat the sealer and scape it off.
It's really dirty job and environmentally unfreindly,But you must get it off because the steel is rusty underneath it.
Count on doing the entire floor area around the front and all of the underside by the front of the rockers.
I have fixed a lot of 114's where people have welded plates over the top of the underseal...[V][V][V].
Once it's all cleaned off you can see where it is rusty and more importantly, you can see where it ISN'T.
This is a 6.3 i did last year,As you can see I scraped all the sealer off and removed all the worst of the rusty bits,I was half way through here and had yet to make a new jack point. You can see how the rust had migrated up under the sealer ...
This what i had after i made new peices and welded it in .I coated it with POR15 rust convertor then used a PVC spray on coating to giver it a factory look.
