my 114

Hi everyone!

Thought I'd post up some pics of my 114 230.6 compact.



It's a '72/73 model and as you can see came out before the extra air inlet slot in the bottom of the apron/front guards.

hte import only cloth interior, abit worse for wear but still cool.

And the smooth glass lenses which I really like.

Nice looking car, I like the European headlights.
I'm currently in the process of restoring my 114, hope it looks as good as your when it's done.

Hey Cam!,hows it going now?,that colour is called maple Yellow isn't it?.
My "lowered " 280 is going like a train ,i lifted it back up to get Queensland Rego ,but i used 115 springs so it's settling down real nice!.
It's going so well i only had to change the fluids!!!,i wish all these mercs i have were so easy to get going![:D][:D][:D]

Thanks! Its very rough around the edges actually but I'm seriously looking at doing a full resto in the not too distant future.

Hey mate, its going good atm, got to change a gasket on the fuel pump but thats it for the moment.
I'm have no idea what the colour is called and am actually chasing a colour code for it, don't happen to have one laying around do you? [:I]

Whats the dif between the 115 springs and the 114's? I hope its still atleast a little bit "low" ;)
