best return on euro 6.9? part it out, or sell complete?

I have a grey-market 6.9 that's not quite a basket case, but it's not a show-stopper either. The list of things that need work is longer than the list of things that are still right.

I don't drive it much since I got a CL600, so I'm wondering if it's worth more as parts or as a complete car. If anyone can tell me what a parted-out 6.9 will bring, that'd be very helpful. I would think the car as-is would bring about $2k.

The car has euro headlights and bumpers, the hydro-pneumatic suspension works (all four corners), and the brakes are all fresh (new calipers & rotors last year, about a grand worth of parts). The exhaust is an aftermarket stainless steel dual exhaust, will last forever.

What doesn't work correctly:
two of the four power windows
central locking system (key still works, though)
windshield has big crack, and seal leaks
engine oil leak
engine runs roughly at idle (ignition missing)
transmission leaks fluid
AC doesn't work (servo inop, blows hot always)
trunk gets water inside during a very heavy rain

So you can see, it's not quite ready for the concourse at pebble beach. Then again, it's a fun car for roaring around town in, and handily outruns the jap boy racers every time. Again, the hydro suspension DOES work.

Whaddya think, worth more for parts or as a project car?

Thanks!
