RE: injector pump troubles
It's common for Bosch injector pumps to gum up if they are stored for a significant time without being purged of diesel. There are a number of places they could clog.
If you have ruled out the injectors themselves, start by removing the high pressure valves on the pupm itself and then work your way in. Be careful of all the springs and parts - there is a nightmare awaiting inside the pump [:D]
Maybe you could rig up a fixture and run light oil or kerosene through it for a while - beware of high pressure output - it can be deadly.
Or, if you want it rescued, take it to the nearest Bosch service center and pay the man.
