what have I got?

I've got a 1970 250/8 vin #11401010250037308. All the gauges are in german, but I believe the vin tells me it was made in the US. Also, the ID plate on the core support has numbers that I can't seem to figure out. I know one is a paint code (670 H). It got dark on me before I could locate any more number plates. I'll know more in the morning. I would appreciate any info offered on this vehicle.

Thanks

RE: what have I got?

Chassis number tells you that you have a 114-010.Left hand drive, gasoline.and is car number 37308 of that series.
The other plate is options that were fitted to the car.
eg 426 Automatic trans,466 central locking etc. There are sites you can go to see what each number means .but be aware that some of the same numbers have been recycled such as 220 -rear door contacts now means- Parktronic.[:D][:0]
