1977280SE Wiring Diagram for Becker Mexico ..HELP

Friends, I'm trying to replace the original Becker stereo in my 280SE. I cut the wiring harness and what I discovered was, the setup is a lot different than your regular car audio setup. Anybody please help with the color coding ...please.

Your new radio will have the wires flagged as to what they are. The brown is ground and the red is switched/ignition. The blue wire is to power the antenna. I can’t remember what color(s) the dedicated wire is for the memory/preset. If you have a test light you can tell which one that is – it will be on when the switch is off. If there is no dedicated line run a live wire from the battery into the cabin.

Does anyone know how the speakers are wired in a 1978 280 slc, the left rear speaker is out, and i'm not sure how it is wired through the fader or what. If you someone could help i'd appreciate it.

jeeezz...your car isn't on the database anymore.

please just tell me the radio details... becker mexico, is it? no other model such as exquisit, grand prix, etc?

just a tip:

to locate which wire belongs to which speaker, you can use a small AA size battery to find it by scraching the open wire to it.

of course you already know which one is for the ground, power supply, etc.
