Wow, Nathan! What is the name of your 111 cabrio's color? It looks similar to "Arabian Gray" code 124... very nice!

Here are some of the other Benz I had. I cannot find pictures of a few of them, but the first shot is one I took about 2 years ago when I had the 6.9. and put all three together. the last was my last daily driver which is of course not vintage, but a good ride none the less, a 02 E320 4matic wagon.

1964 Mercedes Benz 220SE Sedan

Recently purchased this one owner vehicle.

1964 Mercedes Benz 220 SE Sedan:

The first owner purchased the vehicle in California, she picked up in Germany and travelled with the car for 6 months in Europe. She shipped the vehicle back to California and used until she is 92 yrs old.

In 1993, she passed away, she gave the car to her granddaughter. Her granddaughter brought it to BC, Canada. She fixed up the engine, transmission and repainted the body. And put it in the garage without driving it for the last 15 years.

The car have all the previous records, even the purchasing invoice from 1964. It has no accident. Everything is still from original or stock.

Since purchased a few weeks ago, I didn't have time to check out everything of this car yet. The engine starts right away, and it sounds very good, everything seems to work very well except a few little thingy. I am not a mechanic and hopefully I don't have to fix a lot of stuff.

Pkjli, your '64 is very nice and I'm excited with you. I've got a '65 220SE that was gray originally like yours, mine has been through many different color changes in the 22 yrs. I've owned it though. I don't see too many with that color and it may just be time to bring mine back to it's original gray. Very nice. Later.

Nice fintail, Pkjli. It's a pleasure to see other enthusiasts resurrecting and/or maintaining these vintage MBs.

On that note, here's my latest Heckflosse acquisition... a '66 250SE Coupe model.

It's in nice shape especially the interior although there are still a number of maintenance issues I need to address. As baco99 stated, a good amount of time & mulah is required but that's the way the ball rolls with any older classic car.

Sweet ride has that Rat rod quality bout it!...

here's my 420 an 89 not quite vintage, I'd lov a Coupe but can't afford one but would lov ta add Television, and bar plus cold air under hood, trick it out with shaved door handles etc.

Scratch that, I think I'll leave this one by the numbers perhaps only add cold air intake, I'd like to get those Autobahn MPH No#s out of Her!

nathanyork, you have quite the beautiful collection of cars. I am sure you are the envy of all your neighbors who drive normal cars everyday. Your 3.5 coupe is a great looking car.
