I do have one very similar to this one IS A 280S 1970 DARK BLUE.but i don't have a camera (i lost it in a trip to North Carolina. I will post a picture of mine soon.

Supposed to be stone guards, to protect the paintwork behind them from getting hit by stones, pretty pointless in a modern world with paved, sealed roads.

I am going to pull them off, keep them and fit some classic chrome driving lights.

1973 220D stripes, scoop, and lip spoiler just for fun.

The car is in excellent condition and it is my daily driver, except in the winter. (salty roads). Stripes, etc, all peel off when necessary.
