There are some unbelievably beautiful cars in this thread - it's inspiring!

Here are my two classics...a '79 w123 240d (running WVO), and the new project car, a '73 w114 280. The w123 is definitely not a show car, but is a very nice daily driver. My plan is to fully restore the w114 to show-quality.

Hi, new member here. I don't see an Introductions forum, so I guess this will do...?

Here are some pics of the '70 250C I rescued from the local wrecking yard a few months ago:

I have since cleaned off the writing from the wrecking yard and bought some odds and ends of parts for it, including carb kits. Seems to run strong and needs mainly just paint to look sharp again, the body is darn near perfect. Interior needs only some work to the driver's seat and a carpet kit, plus a little TLC. As soon as I get some time I'll bring it home and get started on it (it's stored right now, which is where the pics were taken).

I also have recently purchased a '77 280E, and I'm contemplating swapping the F.I. DOHC engine from it into the 250C. No pics of that one yet, I still need to rebuild the suspension on the right front. (PO got drunk and hit a curb at speed.)
