Vito 06 Major Service

Hi All,
I am new to this site and am not that car savvy when it comes to servicing.
I do know how to do the basic service on a car - that is changing the filters, oil and brakes.

I have a Vito CDI115 06 model and the 2 spanner signal has come up which I am assuming that its due for a major service.

Can anybody guide me on instructions and what exactly needs to be done for a major service on these vehicles!

I use to get the car serviced from a mechanic but he has annoyed me thinking he is a proffessor or something. Whenever I call him he either doesnt answer... or doesnt call back when he says he will.
But when asking for the total... he is proactive on that. Anyways, thats another story.

So basically, I want to service the car myself because it is alot cheaper.
Thus, I have 2 questions:

1- Can I use aftermarket parts?
2- Does anybody know a site that provides instructions on servicing these cars, as well as what is required for a major/minor service.
