115cdi OIL Requirements - LOW SAP ?

Does anyone know what Low SAP oil is ? I have a 115cdi Vito 2008, it has been serviced twice and each time it needed 10 litres of Low SAP oil at a cost of 95 euro a pop.

OK now we know what it is, although it took page 3 of google answers to find it !

Next, How much of it does a 115cdi need and what does it cost?

You said in your post above 10 litres so I would assume 10 litres is about correct. As to price, it will depend on the manufacturer of the oil, also your oil preference. I always buy the best oil I can for my vehicles, it works out cheaper than a major engine rebuild

as far as I am aware the only vito that require 'low sap' oil is the 120 V6 fitted with a partical filter in the exhaust, your 115 will be fine on 'Shell Helix Ultra 5w40' or similar
