Hi All,
OK i'm looking for help with the cruise control, the guy that had the car before me has disabled or damaged most of the electrical systems and i am one by one getting them back to normal.
I've tracked the wires that come from the stalk above the indicator down under the dashboard and found that some go to a big black box (you just know that i'm a technical genius..right?
) and there appear to be 3 green wires which look like they've been all crimped together and 3 white crimped together round about where they look like they should be going to the brake pedal switch.
Can anybody shed some light on these wires? I take it there should be TWO switches at the top of the brake pedal, one for the brake lights and one for the cruise cotrol??? if so can anybody tell me what colour the wires should be that go into the CC switch?? That way i might be able to establish if this is the cause of the problem and start looking at how best to repair it.
