Earth directly to the van body. Trace the reverse parking wire from the rear light cluster.

This may not be an issue for you and/or it may be too late but the eBay cheapo reversing sensors need to be 50cm above the ground and pointing straight back. On my van they were fitted 40cm up and pointing slightly towards the floor due to the shape of the bumper. I've tried angling them up but they look stupid and still have issues so I've just disconnected them.

Hope yours work better!

The simplest wat to check which is the reverse wire is to switch on your ignition, pop the van into reverse and then check from each wire to earth with a muti-meter. if you don't have one of them rig up a 12v lamp and do the same. Some thu crimps and a crimping tool will come in handy for the job too.
