Hi Paul,
If you are after some genuine Mercedes-Benz rear suspension (springs and dampers) for a W638 Vito, I have some for sale. It came off my Vito and has only covered approx 1,000 miles, it was removed by Demon Tweeks when they fitted a set of H&R lowering springs and Koni uprated dampers (shocks).
If you are interested drop me a private message and we can discuss a price.
Thanks Benz
Maybe the same as what I already have , I need to know the answer to the above question first and if the answer is yes then I need to hunt down a pair of HD springs.

Paul,
why do you need heavy duty springs? Is it because you carry a full load, the van suffers from bodyroll when going round corners or both?
There are stiffeners (is that a word? LOL) that you can put in the spring coils that reduce the sag when loaded. I'll expect there's none available for the Vito, but it maybe worth looking at some caravan websites, because I know those people who tow those mobile roadblocks use them.
Hello Ugly
Yes I run the van on it's full weight limit for long periods and just wanted a bit of "insurance" for want of a better word.If there was an uprated spring option then I would choose it but I am probably going over the top.
Cheers Paul

I am aware of guys that have increased the weight carrying capacity of transit vans using leaf springs, not sure if this would suit you but if heavier load carrying is your aim you should also be careful re your braking system
Tonto
Not heavier load carrying but maximum permitted weight . The springs I have are standard but I had been told you can buy an uprated vito spring for these vans.
I'll check with the dealers.
Thanks Paul
