Post vito double bench seat

to fit a genuine vito double bench seat in my van...Do i need a special fixing to the floor??????

If the rear of your van doesn't have the normal mountings for rear seats then you can still fit them. You need to drop the exhaust and fuel tank and bolt them directed to the floor. I would strongly suggest you also use some sort of reinforcing plate underneath the floor to give some extra strength in the event of an accident.

Your floor will need reinforcing or get some seat rails which are designed for the job and only need fitting with penny washers because the rail is stiff enough to transmit the load across all the bolts (basically it's reinforcing from the top, not the underside of the van.
