ADDING EXTRAS

HI I HAVE A 113 VAN and i have been looking at the wagons, and would like to get the centre console that goes under the gearstick, and run up between the seats, because i havent a lot of storage and cubbies,
has anyone done similar i.e. adding extras off higher models[:)]

By center console,do you mean that it runs between the seats...that would block your rear access...
Don't you have your glove box,your under seat storage and your front door bins.
I also have on my 114 ,a console under the gear lever that has CD storage,cupholders,and a tray.
Is that what you mean?
At 60 quids,it seems a bit steep...

Sorry Tanners for not replying,I dont visit this forum so much these days as it bores me , i think you know what i mean,zero replies ,zero interest,i was watching that centre console too but a wee bit expensive .I'll probably visit again soon !![}:)][;)][;)]

that is the exact console i mean dafi m8
i thought it expensive to , it went for £79 in the end, right my glove box is open, no door if you know what i mean, under the seat is hollow just a pouch covering the hole on the side, and yes the door cards. but i am a contractor and ive got all sorts of shit everywhere,
i was thinking of also getting the rear door cards off a wagon ...

Tanners,your best bet is to find a passenger vito or v class at the breakers and rip some parts off to make yours that wee bit more comfy....

Hell i just cant keep away[:D][:D],must be the good samaritan in me.... (and boy was he good!!)[:0], heres an idea Tan man, couple of small hinges mounted to the left side on the under seat cubby hole cover,a magnetic catch , bit of something soft for the floor,hey presto.. storage.., big enough to fit your sarnies an'couple cans , oh ..and an apple ..[}:)].Cant understand why Merc decided to fit fasteners to this cover,which with cold hands you need a vice grip to open.[^]

i know exactly what you mean bro, i keep my cd changer in one and only change the cds when its warm,
i just need to find a wagon in a breakers with grey interior

there was another one on e bay last week that went for around 55 i think???

Funny that,i have my changer under the gear stick ,just where you want to put the console.Well at least the price is going in the righy direction.
